ARA’s trainings and conferences promote excellence in ag retail sales, management, and all business aspects.  Each year, more than 400 attendees participate in the annual conference and exposition, which features a sold out exhibit hall.  Newly launched is the Excellence in Management Initiative, a partnership between ARA, Purdue University and ABG, to promote leadership and management skills in valued employees for members.
