ARA Sent a Comment to FMCSA Regarding Supplemental Notice of ELD and HOS Mandate

ARA sent in comments to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to address Agriculture Hours of Service (AgHOS) not being covered by the new mandate. Additionally, it expressed that the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) mandate is an unnecessary expense with little to no safety benefits.
