ARA Signed a Letter to AAMVA on Nationwide State HME Extensions

On April 13, ARA signed a letter to Anne Ferro, president and CEO of American Association of Motor Vehicle Administration (AAMVA) on the need for nationwide state hazardous material endorsement extensions.
ARA and the other organizations on the letter are concerned about inconsistent extensions by various state governments that may culminate in preventing the transportation of critical industry supplies, packaging, and equipment.
