ARA Filed Comments to EPA Supporting RMP Proposed Rule

ARA filed comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in support of EPA's Risk Management Program (RMP) Reconsideration proposed rule because it will promote better emergency planning and public information about accidents while resulting in significant cost savings for RMP-regulated facilities.
"ARA members play an important role in providing farmers with essential crop input products such as fertilizers, pesticides, seed and equipment," said ARA's Richard Gupton in the comments.
