ARA Signs Coalition Comment to U.S. DOL Regarding Request for Information

ARA signs a Partnership to Protect Workplace Opportunity (PPWO) comment to the director of the Division of Regulations, Legislation, and Interpretation of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wages and Hours Division. The comment includes 11 responses to the request for information (ROI). For the 11 reasons given, the PPWO opposes any indexing of the salary level. No methodology can overcome the Department’s lack of authority to automatically increase the salary level.
