ARA Signed Coalition Letter to President & Congressional Leaders on Rural Broadband Investment

ARA signed a coalition letter from the American Connection Project to President Biden and Congressional leaders urging they prioritize investment into rural broadband across America.

In the letter, the coalition organizations call for immediate action from the Biden administration and Congress to enact groundbreaking broadband connectivity legislation. As a coalition, we are advocating for:

• Investment of at least $80B to close the digital divide across America;
• Strong leadership and coordination at the executive branch level to position our country as a technology leader to ensure economic competitiveness and to maintain strong national security; and
• Swift implementation of the Broadband DATA Act.
