ARA Sent a Comment to FMCSA Supporting and Suggesting Additional HOS Revisions

ARA sent a comment to Administrator Martinez of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regarding the potential revisions of certain Hours of Service (HOS) regulations for drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs). ARA expressed support for the potential revisions and made suggestions that could provide a long-lasting, positive impact for the agriculture industry without adversely affecting transportation safety.
