ARA Co-Signed a Letter for the Death Tax Repeal Act

On Dec. 22, ARA joined more than 157 other groups as part of the Family Business Coalition (FBC) to sign a support letter for the Death Tax Repeal Act. The bipartisan legislation, introduced by Representatives Randy Feenstra (R-Iowa) and Sanford Bishop (D-Ga.), already has more than 160 cosponsors. See their press release here.
This number of original cosponsors already eclipsed the total number of cosponsors from last Congress. FBC is gearing up for a major tax reform bill next year which will hopefully address the estate tax. ARA and the coalition will continue to promote both the House and Senate bills in order to build as much momentum as possible moving towards the 2025 tax reform effort.
