Letter Applauding Treasury Department for Ceasing CTA Enforcement

ARA co-signed a letter to U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent applauding the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) announcement that it is ceasing enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) while it crafts a new set of regulations to narrow the scope of the reporting regime.
ARA calls this a win for Main Street as CTA reporting requirements were to take effect again March 21.
