ARA co-signed a Letter to ONCD Regarding Cybersecurity Regulatory Harmonization

ARA supports a letter to the Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD) that requests a 60 day extension of the Request for Information (RFI) comment period.
The RFI includes 10 detailed questions 'seeking input on federal, state, local, tribal, international, and independent agency cybersecurity regulations that may conflict with each other, are duplicative, or are overly burdensome.'
If granted, the extension will ensure that the ONCD receives more comprehensive, actionable, and impactful comments from ag industry professionals.
