ARA Co-Signed Letter to President Biden on Ocean Management

ARA co-signed a letter to President Joe Biden calling for the administration to support science-based and transparent processes when considering actions to manage the ocean for current and future generations.

ARA and the more than 90 undersigned organizations outline specific actions the administration can take including resisting calls for the designation of marine monuments under the Antiquities Act, which would cost jobs, reduce economic activity, add new inflationary pressures, set back equity and environmental justice efforts, and reduce trust in government.
