ARA Co-Signs Letter to President Biden Urging Action on Fertilizer Supply Chain Challenges

ARA as part of the Agricultural Transportation Working Group co-signed a letter sent to President Joe Biden urging he take action to relieve current fertilizer and food supply chain challenges and prevent further disruptions.

In the letter, ARA and the undersigned organizations urge the White House to work with all parties involved to avoid a potential CP Railway labor strike which would exacerbate the fertilizer supply issues.

The letter also calls on the White House to revise or rescind the cross-border vaccine mandate for essential commerce due to the urgency of supply chain challenges.
