Expo Hall

The in-person Expo Hall will be back in San Antonio, Texas, from Nov. 30 through Dec. 2 with more time than ever to explore some of the latest advancements in technology, sustainability, and more! Check out the Expo Hall schedule below to plan your visits. 

Tuesday, Nov. 30

  • 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the Opening Reception in the Expo Hall

Wednesday, Dec. 1

  • 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for breakfast
  • 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch
  • 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for extended Expo Hall hours!
  • 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the Networking Reception in the Expo Hall

Thursday, Dec. 2

  • 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for breakfast

Tee off ARA Conference week by joining your colleagues for the ARA Invitational Golf Tournament held at TPC San Antonio on Nov. 30! Always a highlight, this event is often thought of as one of the best networking opportunities of the ARA Conference & Expo. Play for a chance to win a prize when you add the Golf Tournament to your registration. 

San Antonio History Walk & River Barge Tour

Take a power stroll along the historic streets of San Antonio with certified tour guides who will make stops at the Riverwalk, local parks, the Alamo, Houston Street, and the amazing Buckhorn Saloon and Museum which holds a rare collection of more than 75,000 artifacts and 10,000 species. This local flair event on Nov. 30 concludes after participants board a privately chartered River Cruiser for more sight-seeing before being dropped off at the host hotel. 

Life in Full Bloom: Botanical Garden Tour

Discover the more than 20 varieties of wildflowers scattered along the Botanical Garden's Native Texas Trail as part of this year's spouse program on Dec. 1. Among other floral features are a formal rose garden, a garden for the blind, and a traditional Japanese garden donated by San Antonio's sister city Kumamoto. The Japanese Tea Gardens in Brackenridge Park offer a delightful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Post-Conference Local Ag Tour

American ag retailers serve the farmer/grower/producer. The post-conference ag tour on Dec. 2 will explore the final stages in the supply chain where Americans access their food and the fruits of our labor. Attendees will tour a food distribution company that is committed to protecting and providing the best Texas has to offer. Their facilities have been recognized as one of the best in the U.S. for safety and emission reductions. This tour promises to be a unique opportunity to close out your conference experience.
