ARA Co-Signed Comments to FMCSA on Proposed Under-21 Driver Program

ARA co-signed comments to the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on Nov. 9 in support of the proposed pilot program to allow drivers 18, 19, and 20 years old to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce.
