ARA Joins Coalition Comments Regarding USTR Section 301 Chinese Shipping

ARA joined a broad coalition of industry organizations in submitting comments to the U.S. Trade Representatives (USTR) office regarding a proposal to implement port fees on Chinese vessels that would adversely impacting U.S. agricultural exports / trade.  USTR held public hearings on the proposal on March 24 and March 26, 2025.
