ARA Sends Comment to DOL on Modernizing H2A Recruitment Requirements

ARA sends a comment to the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) on modernizing recruitment requirements for temporary employment of H-2A foreign workers in the United States. The agriculture industry is missing out on numerous opportunities because of labor shortages in addition to the H2A program’s complexities and limits.
