ARA Sends Comment to EPA Regarding Proposed Tolerance Revocation for Chlorpyrifos
Nov 22 2016
ARA sends a comment to Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) concerning EPA’s proposed tolerance revocation for chlorpyrifos. ARA has serious concerns with the approach taken by the Agency in this matter, namely revoking a food tolerance under the Federal Food Drug & Cosmetic Act instead of canceling a registration under FIFRA.
