ARA Sends Comment to OSHA on PSM SER Background Document

ARA sends a comment to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) on the Process Safety Management (PSM) Small Entity Representative Background Document (SER Background Document). OSHA states the purpose of this action is to improve safety at facilities that use and distribute hazardous chemicals in response to Executive Order (EO) 13650, “Improving Chemical Facility Safety and Security” issued on August 1, 2013.
