ARA Sent Comments to EPA on Regulations that Improve Process, Transparency

On June 22, ARA submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in support of proposed regulations intended to increase transparency of the agency's guidance practices and improve the process to manage guidance documents.
"These proposed changes will create an improved process for the EPA to gather necessary public input from impacted stakeholders and help ensure amore equitable and beneficial guidance document that promotes compliance with existing regulations," says ARA Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Counsel Richard Gupton.
