ARA signs a comment with The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) to the director of the Division of Regulations, Legislation, and Interpretation of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division. The Department of Labor for issues ta Request for Information (RFI) to revisit the Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales and Computer Employees (EAP) exemption.
