ARA Filed Comments to EPA with Concerns of Pesticide Registration Cancelations

ARA filed comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Pesticide Programs - Registration Division to express serious concerns with a pesticide registration cancellation notice for chlorpyrifos.

This pesticide product is a critical tool needed by agricultural retailers and their farmer customers to address insect and weed infestations. ARA urges EPA to reconsider the cancellation and postpone a final decision until the agency holds additional discussions with impacted stakeholders and any pending federal litigation is fully settled in the courts.
