ARA filed comments to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) opposing the Modernizing Regulatory Review Proposal due to how it would profoundly impact the nation's economy.

ARA "recommends OMB withdraw these proposals and work with Congress and impacted stakeholders to ensure federal agencies do not issue excessive, unnecessary, and costly regulations that lead to increased compliance costs, economic losses, and adversely impact American industries and consumers."
