ARA Sends Comment on Certification of Pesticide Applicators Rule to EPA

ARA sends a comment to a division of the Office of Pesticide Programs of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding the certification of pesticide applicators rule. ARA supports the decision to delay the effective date of the new Certification and Training regulations to May 22, 2018. Extending the certification timeline will help alleviate some of the challenges facing states that work with EPA on pesticide applicator training programs as well as compliance assistance.
