ARA Submit Comments to EPA on Revised WOTUS Rule

ARA submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) supporting the proposed rule redefining the term Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) for the purposes of the Clean Water Act (CWA) for two primary reasons. 

These comments were submitted with the intent to be read in conjunction with the comments of the Water Advocacy Coalition (WAC) of which ARA is an active participant. Read the comments to learn why the revised rule is better for agricultural retailers than the 2015 WOTUS rule.
