ARA Sends Comment to OPP of EPA on RUP Applicator Training

ARA sends a comment to the Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) if the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on the proposed revision to regulations at 40 CFR Part 171 for certification of applicators of restricted use pesticides (RUPs). ARA supports efforst by EPA to promote more uniform and rigorous requirements for certification for those applicators using RUPs. ARA suggests improvements for EPA’s consideration before finalization of the proposed rule.
