ARA Filed Comments Supporting the SCOTUS Stay on OSHA Vaccine Mandate
Jan 19 2022
ARA filed comments to the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in support of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to issue a stay order on OSHA's COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Standard due to its effects on a recovering economy.
ARA still strongly believes in the science and effectiveness of vaccines. However, ARA's comments say OSHA's ETS would lead to removing workers from an already-tight workforce, severely impact services and sales while causing irreparable economic injury.
