ARA Filed Comments Strongly Opposing EPA Draft Herbicide Strategy

ARA filed comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Pesticide Programs opposing its Draft Herbicide Strategy Framework because it is overly broad and unworkable mitigation measures should not replace product-specific risk assessments.

ARA recommends EPA ensures consistency between the various proposals currently under review and closely works with all impacted stakeholders before final plans are implemented.
