Coalition for Workplace Safety Comments on OSHA-Proposed Walkaround Rule

ARA jointly submitted comments with the Coalition for Workplace Safety to oppose the OSHA-proposed rule regarding the Worker Walkaround Representative Designation Process because the agency should focus on its goal of promoting workplace safety, not labor organizing.

The comments say the proposed rule would likely interfere with OSHA inspections rather than enhance them.
