The Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) applauds the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for its consideration and selection of pilot projects through its Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities Program. ARA supported several of its member companies who were listed as major partners in several awarded grant applications.

ARA Commends the Senate's Vote to Reform NEPA

The U.S. Senate voted to reverse the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) rulemaking related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementing Regulations Revisions. Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) Senior Vice President of Public Policy & Counsel Richard Gupton issued a statement in support of the vote.

Today the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the Biden administration’s emergency rule that would have required employers with more than 100 employees to either get proof of vaccination or require weekly testing of employees.
